It is Shawn's mission to bring strategic growth to Librite Mining by providing tailor made services for your business. As the owner and CEO, Shawn has successfully led key leadership roles of mining projects worldwide, honing his skills in a variety of key roles:
- Underground Construction Manager in Northern Manitoba, ensuring project success through meticulous oversight.
- Mining Regional Manager - Canada for large mining contractor, where he drove operational excellence and team performance overseeing all mining projects.
- General Manager/Mine Manager in Northwestern Ontario, overseeing all aspects of mining operations.
- Mining Superintendent for various operations across Canada, providing strategic leadership and guidance.
Shawn's journey began in Snow Lake Manitoba, where he gained hands-on experience working his way up through the ranks. He has held roles ranging from Production Supervisor to General Foreman to Superintendent to Manager. This diverse background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the mining sector, enabling him to effectively address challenges across the board—from surface operations to underground mining, shaft sinking, raise mining, construction projects and much more.
